Radiance Visual Architectural Developments LLC is a creative visual technology firm incorporated in the State of Wyoming, specializing in Still Visuals, Cinematic Media, and Interactive & Spatial Technologies. Deliverables and milestone schedules are governed by individual Statements of Work ("SOW").
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary code, algorithms, interface designs, shader setups, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of the Company. Clients retain sole ownership of all raw floor plans, BIM/CAD models, and trademarks provided.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes. Reverse engineering, asset extraction, automated scraping, and unauthorized reproduction of unreleased architectural designs are strictly prohibited.
4. Interactive Hosting, Uptime, and Maintenance
Cloud hosting and continuous platform access are provided subject to the project SOW. Scheduled maintenance and third-party network outages outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of service.
5. Payments and Commercial Invoicing
All amounts are billed in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer, ACH, or corporate card. Taxes are the responsibility of the client.
6. Architectural and Engineering Disclaimer
Our visual deliverables, animations, and interactive models are artistic representations intended strictly for design review and commercial marketing. The Company does not provide structural engineering or statutory architectural certifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually received by the Company from the claimant for the specific deliverable during the three (3) months preceding the event.
8. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
